Jen Anderson, our the office manager, is always happy to assist you with your questions. If we are unable to answer the phone, we are probably assisting another customer and will return your phone call as soon as we can. If you do reach the answering machine please leave a message with your name and phone number so that we can promptly return your call.
Jen sets up all the estimates. She will always find a time for you to meet with Rick. If Rick is unavailable, which rarely happens, then she will schedule an estimate with one of our other trained estimators.
Our estimates are free and the quotes given are usually valid for 3-6 months. If that time frame lapses simply call us and we can either re-look at the job or decide if the estimate can be honored as it was given.
