Equipment & Resources Our Crews Use

Our crews operate well-maintained professional equipment including:

  • Bucket trucks
  • Crane for large removals
  • Chippers with hydraulic winches
  • Mini skid steers
  • Log trucks
  • Excavators with grapples
  • Stump grinders
  • Advanced rigging systems and equipment

Using the right equipment allows our crews to complete work safely, efficiently, and at a high level of production.

Higher compensation available for candidates demonstrating strong skills in climbing, crane work, rigging, equipment operation, and crew leadership.

Foreman Requirements

  • CDL Class B with Air Brake Endorsement required
  • Ability to lead crews and maintain safe job sites
  • Experience with rigging, removals, pruning, and equipment operation

Top pay offered for qualified foremen.

General Requirements

  • Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Experience with:
  • Rope and rigging systems
  • Proper knots and termination methods
  • Chainsaw operation
  • Tree pruning and removals
  • Cabling and bracing systems
  • Stump grinding
  • Equipment operation

Applicants must:

  • Pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Pass a pre-employment background check
  • Participate in a random drug testing program
